May I suggest that it is a time to look into the future, towrads what is about to 'be' AND into a 'fusion' of the past and the future, in an effort to refresh our view of the world and make it new as well?
I recently picked up a book by Jurgen Moltmann, titled In The End -- The beginning, the Life of Hope. The common thread his book parallels that of our Lenten theme -- Amazing Grace.
